Return & Refund Policy
At Amrutveda, we take pride in delivering high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used tea packs

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events

Gift cards or free promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at amrutveda.care@gmail.com.

To return your product, please ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
